updating post definately won a washing machine

I had a phone call today from a lady saying she was phoning to arrange delivery of a washing machine from ISE she knew my name and where I lived but I said I didn't know what she was referring to and she said they had instructions to deliver this washing machine install it and take away the old one.I said I hadn't ordered one could it be a competition she said she didn't know the only reference she had was ref comp I asked if she had to take away my old one and she said that was the instructions given but they didn't have to take the old one if I wanted to keep it all that had to be done was the old one had to be disconnected.She said was it all right to deliver on friday and that they would call on wednesday to give me a four hour window for delivery on the friday.I cannot find a competition for an ISE washing machine although I have entered quite a few washing machine comps do you think that this is genuine? I did ask if I was expected to pay anything and she said no it was just to be delivered to me.

I am a mixture of excited and worried any help would be greatly appreciated as to whether you think it is genuine.:o

Just to update I have definately won an ISE eco washing machine worth £470 (being delivered and fitted friday) and the years worth of washing powder was part of the prize but it wasn't from a post on this forum.:j:j:j:j

to say I am delighted is an understatement :T:T:T

Sounds exciting - It certainly would seem to be genuine... I see that you've won washing powder - could it be part of the same competition; first prize or something?

Just wait for it to be diliverd. If they ask for payment, refuse. Congrats, and I hope it's genuine for you.
BTW, make them bring the new one in first.

Thankyou redstararnie76 I did wonder that as it is a years worth of washing powder but what is worrying me is I can't find the comp and I haven't had any emails or letters or other phone calls than this one wanting to arrange delivery. I do have all my fingers and toes crossed that it is genuine though
