Car Finance Advice Needed Please

Evenin' all.

Bit of a complicated situation. I have had for nearly 2 years (4 year loan) a car which I no longer need. I am in the fortunate position of just receiving a company car.

Due to previous debts I asked my dad to take the loan out on the car for me, he has done this with Barclays Asset Finance.

The book price on the car is 5300 and the balance outstanding is 4700ish. I am paying 180 per month. There are a few problems with the car

1. Indicator light quite literally on the blink (wiring fault I think)
2. Back light out (wiring fault again)
3. Funny beepy thing (quite safe but something wrong with the electronics)

Can I sell the car and repay the oustanding balance or do I hand the car back?

Please help if you can.
