Quick question (not as stupid as it sounds!), which stock in a lamb stew?

Hi there,
Now ideally I'd have lamb stock... but we don't have it very often (this was on whoopsie).
I have beef stock cubes OR chicken or veg 'real' stock and I'm making a mixed veg and lamb stew.
What do you think would give the best flavour please?
Thanks in advance

I would personally use the vegetable stock but I guess its one of those personal preference things

Enjoy it whatever you go with.

HelenWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

I would go with the vegetable especially as it is real, although we bought some lamb ones yesterday, I had never seen them beforeMFW 2025 No. 7 £2331.07/£2700

I'd go with the veggie stock too.0

Seems like a unanimous decision then, and it's what I was thinking too...
Thanks very much!
