Knitting Help

:confused:Hi
I wonder if someone can help please, I have a pattern for a hat to be knit in superchunky on 5mm and 10mm needles. I have some normal chunky wool already could I use this and what needles would I have to use.

    Experiment, knit up a sample square to check the tension. It will tell you in the pattern how big a certain number of stitches & rows should be, then you can adjust things by using bigger or smaller needles.

    I've often used superchunky patterns with the normal chunky used double, or one strand chunky and two of DK, if you're happy to use other wool too.

    No, just knit as they are, they'll knit up just the same in the end.
