who do i complain to about british airways?

in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
they owe me money for a ticket but wont give it to me. who can i go to cos i dont agrree with them?thanks

    Yeah agree with Andy there. Try this first http://www.britishairways.com/travel/custrelform/public/en_gb once this process has been exhausted, perhaps then go to a governing body like ABTA or similar (dont knw the specific governing body which they are aparty to, but Im sure definate there will be one. ) If still no joy after that then consider legal avenues.
    Going down a legal avenue so early in the game is just setting you up to fail.
    If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D
