not being paid for training

didnt think it could get any worse, went in this morning to discuss matter with team leader and was informed that I wouldnt get paid till the 15 Dec and when I do get paid it will
only be 3 weeks wages not the full month. She said this was company policy, so in fact I would be working 6 weeks without a wage and when they do pay a wage it is a week short, didnt sound right to me so there and then I resigned.
Two job interviews next week, fingers crossed.0
