What can I cook at 110 C (225 F, 1/4 Gas) ?

My Rayburn (range cooker) ticks over at around 100 degrees C. I already cook joints of pork, lamb, beef etc all day long, which turn out beautiful, but what else can I cook at this low temperature? Thanks.
