Sports direct codes and vouchers

There seems to be a fault on their website. The £20 & £10 Gift Card vouchers don't seem to be attracting the appropriate 10% discount level when using code XMASG3 or XMASX3. I put 1 x £20, 4 x £10 and 1 x £5 in the basket and it did not discount the £20 voucher at all. Then I changed it to 2 x £20, 4 x £10 and 1 x £5 and it discounted the £20 vouchers by only 5%.

I then input 8 x £10 and 1 x £5 and it only discounted the £10 vouchers by a total of £7 instead of £8.

They say that the fault has been rectified. However, I've just tried and it's still apparent!

Its not easy finding a phone number but when we eventually found one, we were told we could take to nearest store and exchange...hubbie had ordered pair of trainers but too small...anyway nearest store didn't have the same ones, so equivalent value trainer was offered, which we accepted. x

Good news. I purchased jacket for son in Nov (Christmas present). He didnt like it, so I emailed Sports Direct, sent jacket back & they have refunded me right away. No problems at all.:T

Can anyone help here. Been trying to get an order sorted out and all emails to sports direct are being ignored. REALLY need a phone number.

Ordered on jan 3rd and the package still has not been delivered.
DHL seem to have lost the package as its showing on the tracer as being out for delivery 6 times and the van has never been along the street (the roads have been clear for many days so it cant be the weather).
DHL just take the p**s and dont care.

Anyone please????

If you paid by credit card then you might get in touch with the credit card company and tell them you have been debited for goods that have not arrived.
