  9. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
  10. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. After the closing date, the winner will be drawn at random from the correct entries.
  12. A list of prize-winners can be requested from Orion Website Competitions, Marketing Department, Orion Publishing Group, 5 Upper St Martin's Lane, London WC2H 9EA. Please give the title of the competition and send a stamped addressed envelope. No entries should be sent to this address.
  13. If your child is under 13 years of age, we ask that you supervise their time spent on the Orion website. *When a child enters a competition on the Orion website, the only information we ask for is an email address so that we can let them know if they have won anything. We do not share this data with any third parties or the general public.
  14. A competition entry cannot be submitted unless the child confirms that they have the permission of a parent or guardian to do so. Competition winners may have their christian name and town of origin published on the website.

    feefeegabor, that comp expired 31/10, this is a new one with the same question but a different end date in the T&C. I think this post should stand.
  • feefee - I think the comp has been extended. Dr Who-Who's comp. ended on 30/10. It is the same comp though, but with a different end date.

    The problem is, if it's just an extension of the previous one, which it looks as though it is, entering again could disqualify people :eek:
