GENERAL CONDITIONS OF COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS ISSUED BY MALAYSIA AIRLINES
1. These complimentary tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold for cash.
2. The validity of the ticket is as per your prize letter, i.e. 6 months excluding Easter, Summer Peak season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays.
All seats are subject to availability at the time of booking. Upon expiry of the validity of your ticket, please return the unused ticket to this office.
3. The complimentary tickets may only be used on outbound MH3 or MH1 flights and inbound MH4 flights. Flight timings can be viewed at https://www.malaysiaairlines.com
4. You will be entitled to free travel on the sectors and class specified in your ticket.
5. The Conditions of Carriage shown on your ticket shall apply.
6. Airport taxes, Insurance and fuel surcharges will be borne by Malaysia Airlines.
7. Any airport user charges including airport tax or excess baggage which are collected separately by local airport authorities at point of check in will be borne by the winner.
8. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value at any time.
9. Bookings can be made no earlier than two (2) months and no later than two (2) weeks prior to travel.
10. Winners of these complimentary tickets shall not be entitled to any Upgrades and Access to Golden Lounges and Excess Baggage.
