  • Thanks Pigpen and Toots and Soappie - I'm in!
I have to say I worry about my kids growing up without their Dad, although he is still with us. Their memories are fading fast of who he used to be......
I know he's in hospital, but may I ask what the problem is? I don't think I ever knew why he lives in hospital?

Funny but poignant. Martin Clunes' acting as an almost Aspergers Syndrome, if not Autistic Doctor is very, very good. I find it bitter sweet....
It was such a lovely ending wasn't it, I was laughing and crying at the same time. I've still got a bit of a lump in my throat thinking of it. I wondered if he's on the autism spectrum too, he's so Aspergersish if that's a word!

Sexy, I will be thinking of you on Friday, hope it goes well. Is there a limit on how many times they are allowed to observe you – someone mentioned it earlier?

I've got a knitting pattern now for flower corsages brooches - yay! I found it on ebay, so am going to get busy with my needles and try to make some money!

Tomorrow, I plan to try to walk up the road a little. Now I've done some decluttering in the house, I feel like I can focus on something else for a little while and I really need to focus on going out and getting better at that. I also need to go to the village to pick up my prescription - will try to get up at a reasonable time and go early and get it out of the way.

Got to ring a friend too, and do some flying! Looking forward to the new week, hopefully it will be a good one.

Oh, and I'm so happy with my walking! It's going really well! I did 6000 steps again today, after a week of between 5500 and 6000 it's just getting so easy! I can't believe how easy it was today - I did the last 5000 after 6pm (was having a bit of a bad day earlier so didn't manage much before then) and it was a breeze! Next week I will be aiming for 6000-6500 per day.

Sorry Triker i couldnt think of anything - i thought some of the others would have jumped in - what about the bleach you can use on clothes - is it called ACE? or vanish?
I'm in and boy does my kitchen need a clean!

Toots - that is a very long list - I might join you in some ebay and amazon listing. Is the P&P one standard rate on Amazon?
Yes Dusty they charge £2.75 to the customer and your charges come off what they give you so you need to make sure your postage costs arent going to be higher than the 2.75 unless of course you are selling expensive books and still making a profit IYSWIM HTH xx

Ok I am off to bed now - will see you all during the morning all going to plan!!!

love and hugs to you all

Triker if you can, presoak the clothes in some borax (but it isn't necessary), then wash in the washing machine with either a tablet/or cupfull of washing powder, a cupful of borax and a stain remover powder (vanish or oxyclean - I use Aldi's own and its brilliant!). Also pop a good glug of white vinegar in the conditioner section of the machine. Wash as normal, you may need to do this a couple of times, but it should get rid of the mould.

Thanks Natty, where would I get Borax from and is it expensive? Thanks.

How long did it take you to get to £182?That gives me a lot of hope, thanks! I've got to do something to raise money, so that's what DH and I have thought of, glad its so lucrative!
