Yes you can close the case down and wait 13 weeks and then re-open under CSA2.
Should you choose to is not something any of us could answer to be honest. Why don't you ask her? She is an adult and am sure could give you an answer and you could proceed on that. Yes, she is entitled to get (or you are really) CS for her but whether she wants it could be a whole different kettle of fish.
I think you should ask her.
Should you proceed then it's a straightforward process. I have done it and am waiting for my 13 weeks to be up:j0 -
Yes, if you closed the case down, waited 13 weeks and reopened it, it would then be on CS2. On CS2 they take 15% of his net income, there is also a deduction taking into account any children he may have living with him if he is living with someone (15% first for 1 child, 20% for 2, 25% for 2 or more.) If he has no children living with him it would be a straight 15% of his net income.
You're going to get people saying definitely do it and some saying "leave it". You need to decide what you want to do for yourself, imo.
Personally, I don't think I would bother if I didn't particularly need the money. It will take 3 months to open a new case and then however long it will take to reassess him on the new case and child support stops when your daughter turns 19 anyway. And as you say, she is earning herself. But if for whatever reason you wanted to do it ... that's entirely up to you and you are well within your rights.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

The OP has already stated that he has a nil assessment on CSA1 hence her thinking to go onto CSA2...none of this housing costs and inside leg measurement divided by the number of women you have slept with and then multiplied by the number of pets you had as a child...
straight 15% (less any kids in the house as shell has advised)0 -
