just that i cant go br till i recieve this but wondering how long it takes so i roughly know when it likely to happen.. does it take ages or will they be quick when they release house has been repo.
nr are main lender and ge is second charge. know it unlikely to get a charge for payment from any of my other creditors any time soon just wondered if nr would issue one sooner for the 16k unsecured.
thanks for your help

oh right im with you, well as it is unsecured they may be quicker than they are asking for any shortfall. Could you not just ask them how much you owe? would that not be enough.. forgive me but I dont know enough about scottish rules.0
