Money_maniac: I know you are probably just trying to help, but I think you're a little out of line here. :-/

You have lifted this information word for word from Stumpy's site which was started to try to help everyone.

Stumpy put in hours of hard work collating information so that it was easier for the rest of us.

Your post makes it look as though you are explaining, when in actual fact all you have done is copy the existing information that is available for all to access anyway. It's a little unfair if you get all the thanks and credit for something you had no hand in composing.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a hanging offence but you should have been upfront about where the information came from or at least acknowledged it was taken from another site.

For all who are interested, please keep an eye on the 'Grab It' Board. Any new Argos information will be posted there.

This has nothing to do with 'my little world' as you put it, and everything to do with fairness. I would have made the same post if the subject had been about socks made in Taiwan and someone else had done the work.

It's obvious this poster is trying to be helpful, but so far they have posted an out of date Argos list which has only made people think that these items are available now, and they have also given the impression that they have written the above advice for people.

Naturally they will get people saying 'thanks' when in reality it had nothing to do with them and the person who really wrote the above is totally ignored.

I'm pointing out that it wasn't fair and they would have been better at least telling people where they got the information from.

However, in the cold light of day, perhaps I was a little harsh in my original reply, so if I offended the op, I apologise. My intention was only to make known the true situation, not to hurt anyone's feelings.

This thread is attention seeking, as  there is NO new list and the old one has virtually breathed its last. By that time you will have forgotten or be unable to find this thread
