I haven't looked over the T&C's but from personal experience you can enter and win from any Heart site for the normal comps, advents seem to be different. I won a big comp on Heart London a couple of months ago and I live in West Lothian hth

heart advents are postcode locked, heart bristol advent for BS postcode entrants only, heart london advent can only be entered by residents with london postcodes, and so on
