Its actually neither in a way.

If you have a BS(bristol) postcode then you can enter the heart bristol comps.

So its the same for all the others, you need to live in that town/city and have the correct postcode to enter.

So even if you live local to Bristol, say in Swindon for example, you cannot enter any of the comps.
