Is my ex being a pain?

I currently claim IS, HB and CTB.
I split from my ex 2 years ago and got into a long distance relationship about 1 year ago. My boyfriend comes and stays with me for 4-5 nights every 6-8 weeks and my ex claims this stops him seeing his children.(it doesn't, he lives 5 mins away and can come and see them whenever he wants.) My boyfriend is at ease with the fact he(the ex) is a part of my life and has no reservations about him coming over to see his kids when he is here. My ex is a not a shy man so there are no mental or emotional issues stopping him meeting my boyfriend, should he wish to see the children in my home. My ex has now said that he doesn't want my boyfriend stopping here anymore() and if he does then he will inform the CSA who will in turn stop my money from him.
Is he just being nasty and vindictive or has he got a case, so to speak?

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT THIS your boyfriend can live with you permanantly if you want, and then there would only be a IS and HB issue

It is not up to your ex who stops with you, just be mindful though that having someone stop on a regular basis may affect your HB or CT.
