Ex Not Supplying her details

I have started taking more notice of the CSA although i have paid for years with arrears happy days .
Ex went for reassesmnt and they have totally hammered me with all the arrears to be paid back within a year looks like .
She has an assesment that is not counted due to benefits etc even though she has been married since 1997 and has another child .
She is now dragging her heals about supplying her partners details and other childs details even though she got a warning letter in September
What do i think i should do

Have you spoken to her about it?When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

Seemingly they have been handed in an my assesmnt has now saved me £1 per week .I called them to check she had handed them in before complaining again .Will wait and see what the breakdown on the notification is now0
