I am looking an idea of how much it would cost to build a ground floor bedroom and showerroom on an exsisting driveway .(semi detached )
are there any planning or building control issuses I should look out for .

You would need to go to an arcitect and have plans for this drawn up then it would need to be approved by building control as it would be a extension of your property.0
