Its because your ordering an album, rather than just the one song.

Is that what your ordering.

If it is, then try it one song at a time, rather than trying to download the entire album all at once, as codes cannot be stacked.

The instructions in the email, did state, only use the code against the purchase of one song.

Thanks but i have also tried on the £1.49 one as well and same error message, i have emailed them and see what they say.

songs have to be below 99p to get them free

Is that for this promo only, as i've had a code before for 7digital and i used it to purchase a song at £1.19.
