I ordered a CD from Crazytiger two weeks ago. They have taken my money but not delivered anything. I am in the same situation as many other people. Worst of all they don't even answer emails.
I will avoid this company from now on .. please be careful if you are considering ordering from them!! There is no customer service whatsover.

I usually order at least 2 cds/dvds a month from play, cdwow or bang CD. My experience with all have all pretty much the same. When things go right, they are great & very cheap. But the moment things go wrong, they are all awful.

I ordered a CD (Lynyrd Skynyrd - God & Guns) from play.com last month, they took the moment, but 2 weeks later, I hadn't received anything and the order status still said 'picking/packing'. I had to call 5 times, and kept getting told it was being packed, then told the order had been lost in the warehouse, then they didn't know what had happened etc.

Eventually I got a refund, and re-ordered. This time it work, and I got the CD in a week.

One thing I really, really wish these companies would do, is use UK based call center staff for their customer service lines. There is nothing worse than trying to explain your problem to someone with a heavy foreign accent.

I work for crazytiger.net which is a wholly owned company of Bang Media Pte, which based in Singapore. Neither Bangcd or Crazytiger.net have ever sold pirated cds, dvds or any other product for that matter. Both companies fully respect, agree and adhere to international copyright and intellectual property laws.

last month I ordered The Wire season 4 on DVD from Crazytiger and it never arrived, I've sent them 6 messages and have heard nothing back. There is no phone number on the site, I think their site is a scam and will be contacting the authorities... Stay clear!

I've been ripped off also, not sure who to contact about it?

Does anyone have any idea who or how to report this it seems that each day more and more people are being caught out. Im going to call my bank again they said I had to leave things for 1 month to give them the opp to send me the goods, thats obvious its not going to happen.

Beware if it is BANG CD they have no customer care number and dont reply to e-mails i've been waiting for nora jones cd 4 weeks now ...siggest zavvi or thehut.com and use quidco you can also text 82100 with just the word Zavvi and it sends you a £1 voucher code..

I have just spoken to my bank who will refund me the money back, luckly I have only lost 4.99 but they did say that even for a greater ammount it would be refunded and they would request the money back from craptiger!!!! why dont you try the bank route at least you may stand a chance of getting something back. There must be some way that these ppl can be stopped from taking any more money.

Looks like we should all stop using Crazytiger and Bangcd

Its now a month since I ordered Robbie Williams and no sign of it or any replies to my emails
