What to do with over cooked cookies

I made some cookies earlier but because id left them in the oven for a bit too long they were over cooked and hard, could i use them to make a desert eg a trifle or a tiriamisu

    Hiya, I wish we both have some luck or a better payed job per hour.

    Ok over cooked bicsuits... can you put them in a plastic bag and make crumbs smashing with a rolling pin to put over apple puree or yoghurt?
    If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

    Use them as a base for a cheesecake.

    Make them into crumbs as julie_d said in post #4 the mix with melted butter, press into a cake tin base. Make yummy cheese cake topping or what ever you fancy.
