hi im in arrears on mortgage but on repayment scheme to clear in 6 mths.im able to afford things fine now as wife has full time job as well as me.been br since july ,am in process of buying interest back from or .my question is will i be able to as we are still in arrears or will they say we have to sell our house.we are 30000 negative equity.wife has got job in last 2 mths at tesco so her money now covers mortgage all but 20 pound.thanks

Yes you can but the BI back as it has nothing to do with the mortgage. I presume that you have informed the OR of your wifes change in incomeHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

You do not need to tell them her wage of her employment details but as she is now earning it will increase her contribution to the bills which might leave you with a surplus.
