Yogurt gone wrong - advice please.

I have an Easyio (sp?) and am really pleased with the packs. However, have tried using an organic yogurt as a starter and it hasn't worked. Just curdled yuk! Can anyone tell me what I should be doing please?

    Could be the lack of live cultures? Have yet to try this myself as I don;t really understand how to do it and haven't had time to look at how yet, however I remember reading threads that mention Live cultures.....
