    Applying heat to the bit from a blowlamp should create a little expansion in the jaws of the chuck for the bit to be removed after cooling.

    Hrrrm........nice molten chuck :rotfl:

    Barneysmom. I think that you will find that a battery drill is just as much an electric drill as a mains powered one.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.
