Need help to set aside judgement by Robinson way & co ltd

Hello everybody, i am new to this, so please bear with me if this is long winded, but i need help.
Ok, where do i start.

Well we had a unsecured loan out with london scottish, in 2003, then london scottish went bust last year, where robinson way & co ltd, start to chase the debt, but no note of assignment, i moved away from my home for around 7 months to clear my head as me and my wife fell out over money and debt, due to my business failing due to the recession.
In Dec 2008 about 5 weeks before robinson way sent a county court claim which as a 14 day deadline, my wife had contact robinson way and the county court to inform them that i no longer lived there, she also wrote a letter to the court as she was informed to do this, when she didn't get any reply she contacted them, who send they hadn't recevied anything :S

So the claims went to a judgement in jan 09 as a default. know she heard nothing more, i came back around the end of july this year, we, my wife and i agreed to give another go.
In august the court had sent a court form wanting to put a charging order on the house, a date was set, i tried to make a defence and contacted serveral debt experts, went to court, the judge didn't even want to listen to what i had to see, but just made final charging order, which i was fuming at.
the 15 sept when i had the hearing i descided to as robinson way for a copy of the credit agreemnent, with a deadline of 14 days, serveral time i rang them up, each time getting a different story, 43 days later i get a letter which is meant to be the credit agreement, now all it was a single a4 sheet, no terms & conditions, this letter had origanl credit agreement on it. but i lloked very different to the one i first signed in 2003, no account on it, with ppi insurance on it high apr 29.9%.
but what i was shocked to found was the signatures on the paperwork and also on the debit form part of it, wasn't my writing nor my signatures, it had clearly been forged to make it look like my writing but very poor, the writing as clearly be done by a right handed person, but they had got this wrong because i ma left handed and my writing go to the right.
I was in total shock and this company can forged documents which i requested under the credit consumer act 1974..
Can they get away with this?

I am wanting to apply to have this judgment set aside, would i have a case,
Also if anybody else on this forum have had or got an original credit agreement, which you could show me, so i can compare what i have to a proper copy of a credit agreement by london scottish and not just taking the false bit of paperwork robinson way have sent me. this would be a very big help!!!!!!!!

If anybody can help me with the credit agreement or any help what so ever, i just will not sit back and let these get away with this.

also ...

I have already sent the template letter in on the 15 sept, i have only just received it.
I paid a £1 and it was cashed, i have already been to court and had a charging order placed onto the house.
I am think about putting in an application to set aside that judgement.
I need help with seeing an orignal london scottish credit agreement, as the one they have sent me the bottom half is forged also no terms and conditions came with that.
I need to compare the credit agreement i received today to somebody elses to have proof that robinson way are pulling wool over my eyes

any help would be grateful

thank you
