I have used them for a loan before. Was great for me as there was no early settlement fee. If you are a zopa borrower there are no issues. If you are a lender you have to tread more carefully.

None at all in my case, though some people might be asked for recent bank statements or payslips. After much of a year I haven't had even a single piece of paper coming in the post from them but they might later be required to send out annual statements to follow lending laws; not sure about that.is there lots of paperwork?0
