anyone heard of zopa?

thinking of getting a loan with zopa but they are not a bank anyone heard of them?

    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    I have used them for a loan before. Was great for me as there was no early settlement fee. If you are a zopa borrower there are no issues. If you are a lender you have to tread more carefully.

    I can't remember there being too much, although they did ask my employer to confirm my salary. This was probably as I was moving jobs at the time (which was why I wanted the loan).

    None at all in my case, though some people might be asked for recent bank statements or payslips. After much of a year I haven't had even a single piece of paper coming in the post from them but they might later be required to send out annual statements to follow lending laws; not sure about that.
