littlewoods credit card

I got behind with my payments to littlewoods credit card and they allowed me to pay a lower amount untill the balance is paid off, when I asked them for a copy of the agreement all they sent was a photocopy of their terms and conditions , They told me that because I'm paying a lower amount I cannot dispute the account, I also was not aware of any PPI on it untill recently and I am disputing that at the moment, my question is can I dispute the account on the basis of no credit agreement, I get so confused with money matters

    Hi Babyellis

Yes you can certainly dispute the debt - the fact that you are paying reduced amounts means nothing. So have you sent the 'second' letter because they have not sent you a valid CCA?

Not sure, cancelling payments is usually (not always) a bad idea, but if they don't have a CCA then it should be okay. You might need to wait 30 days from the day they receive it. Im sure others can advise further on this thou.
