If they take the full amount I will return the items, as they will be sent "on approval". Not worried about them pre authorising/debiting the card for the £25, as long as they refund promptly when the items are returned if the voucher code is not honoured.
By the time they debit the card sometimes the 14 day return period is well over and the customer hasn't got a leg to stand on.

They will still take them back subject to a re stocking fee in most cases, which would still be less than the "loss" you would incur if you kept the item.

    Hi paula b,
No-one knows for sure but if you read the link I gave above in my last post, it explains what happened last time. The £25 extra amount was charged to customers months later.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just a heads up. I was writing on the thread started in 'grab it now' section but is seems to have disappeared.

Conirmation email stated i had recieved the discout but tracking my order and payment they have took the full amount.
Quried this by stating i opened a new account and was given the code by a friend for a new account offer. The customer service lady confirmed that it was a £25 discount and stated that the discount will be applied back to the account on dispatch and delivery of goods.

Im not due them until 21.11.2009 so a long wait now.
Hopefully someone with goods delivered soon can confirm.

Also ordered from marshall ward and their website indicates the £25, but its down about 4 times so cant make sense of it
  • is the discount meant to show up in my account on littlewoods web, on track order just says i have been charged the full amount??.....

This is normal until you recieve the goods then it should state the discount...if you get it!
You basically wont know until goods have been dispatched. Thats my presumption.
