If, like me, you're a complete chocoholic (or your kids are driving you to it!!) this is an excellent deal.

with free delivery.
I get the normal chocolates from them, so I'm assuming these are up to their normal standard (but be warned - all other chocolates pale by comparison!)

Got these delivered within a couple of days of order, and they're lovely. Mainly little packs of chocolates that they were obviously trying to sell over christmas - gold sparkly stuff on some of them, and "christmassy" tops to others. Champagne truffles are to die for!!0

£10 for 36 chocolates - doesn't seem much of a bargain to me
I'm sure smarties are only about 40p a tube, and you get loads in there
;DSmile - life's good !0 -
if someone wants to paypal me i'll send some smarties for 40p plus £9.60 post and packing - you won't even have to leave your monitor screen then
::)Smile - life's good !0 -
I wondered myself, this works out at 28p per choc. A lot to go in one gulp. I just could not resist though and have ordered, hope they are tasty as they look.I ♥ MSE0

The most expensive chocolates I've had were in Harrods, when I was a kid, they were covered in white chocolate, and were absolutely gorgeous
I only had enough money for 1 chocolate!
It worked out at 99p a chocolate, then, but that was back in the early seventies...Thanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0 -

I don't know if they have the same chocs in each box - I'm assuming that if they're getting rid of surplus christmas stock, it may be a bit of a pot luck as to what you get - but I would say that these are, on a whole, better than Thornton's chocolates - more akin to the specialist chocolate shops fare - and they are usually very expensive.
And I suspect you'd be feeling very ill if you ate the lot at one sitting. Or two for that matter. Only thing I would say against it is that on some of the packs, you're not sure what sort of chocolate it is until you bite into it - which can lead to a surprise or two;D

I have to admit being a member of their Chocolate Tasting Club and therefore get a box per month. Having said that, they are delivered to work for sharing and the moans they elicit need to be heard to be believed ;D
If you want a real luxury treat item, then I can't recommend these enough!if i had known then what i know now0 -
Locally there is a chocolatier whose chocolates retail at £2.50 for 3 - and the hotel chocolat's look so much nicer.0

My Mother subscribes to this. We all ate our way through two boxes at Christmas (that was 9 of us, not just me, honest!) and they were lovely. I must admit that they are still a bit pricey, but for something different, worth a try. By the way, if you get them, are you obliged to buy any more?Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0
