Eeek... Monday is the day!

So, after 6 weeks of waiting for my appointment my time has finally come. shall hopefully be going bankrupt on Monday morning. Not too stressed about it actually, just trying to take it in my stride. Fingers crossed everything should be OK.

Quick question - when I rang up my local court to confirm my appointment, they told me that some people take supporting documents with them. Has anyone done this and if so, which ones are the best ones to take?

Wish me luck - I am finally starting to think I am starting the final lap on this long race!

Shall come back on Monday and blog about my experience.

hiya! i hope all goes well Monday!! let us know how you get on...
  • As Phil and max says, court is no more than pomp and circumstance, while the legal implications are real enough, the court involvement is pointless to be honest, they certainly don’t deserve the fee they charge if you are not exempt

If I could earn £160+ per 15 mins, (which is how long it took for the clerk to review my papers, and the time I was I front of the judge) I would not be bankrupt.
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(
