cheap fleece blankets for lining curtains?

I'm wondering if you wonderful ladies can help me.

I'm after cheap fleece blankets for lining my curtains with for the winter.

So far, the cheapest I've found is Ikea is 170cm by 150cm, for £1.69. However, when I think of the petrol cost, it doesn't work out so cheap.

Does anyone know anywhere that is doing a good deal on fleece blankets?

Many thanks in advance!

Another vote for the Asda ones - they were still on offer today :D.

Yep, Asda too. I have the cream fleases lining the curtains on the stairs.
I think I read on here Tesco were selling some too.
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.
  • Thank you ever so much ladies, I think there's an Asda trip on the way!
  • Primark ones are pretty good. We live in an icebox and we use these every night in the lounge to keep warm, not sure on the cost though

  • Hi, I would just like to offer a word of caution. Man made fleece material tends to be highly flamable. If the worst were to happen and you experienced a house fire, curtains lined with fleece would burn furiously and drip molten/burning plastic onto the floor. This may make it difficult to get out of a window, if that was your only escape route. Thankfully, house fires are very rare, but I think this risk is something you should be aware of. Rob
