Well hopefully you find something really soon Jojitsui, and can pay off as much debt in the meantime. Do you get severance pay that can help?
Well I've woken up feeling better this morning, was feeling sick as a dog yesterday morning.. I think there might have been some chemicals on my new sheets, which silly me didn't think to wash before using them
Catching up with boy tomorrow, so am going to try and get through some uni work today. Did another half hours driving on thursday, and I am really missing the simplicity of automatics... just concentrate on the road and thats all there is to it!
Going to get all my 101 list typed up, then do another budget, because I'd like to start putting a little away into an emergency fund, 101 fund and super account... would be nice anyway!
BTW, have found some cool bits and pieces for my new rooms so am going to try and save for those too, get everything nice and organised/

Sadly no
The funding hasn't come through so its just a case keeping everything crossed that something will appear in the next month.......
I am going to use today to try and sort out every single item in my bed room (i am a clutter lover so might not be possible!!) so I can spend the next month ebayiing like mad so I know I have enough to meet my min payments for a few months if the worst does happen.
Will be nice to have a clutter free room as wellMake £10 a day, October 2023 - £105/£3100 -
Ugh.. so frustrated with the weight situation, but I think I'm going to have to wait for my exercise bike to be brought from nan's before I'll start to see any real improvement... just can't afford all the diet meals I was buying last time I wanted to do the serious weight loss thing.
Caught up with boy again yesterday, and I honestly can't remember things being better since when we first started dating. Not sure where to move from here but if there's anything I've learnt it's to concentrate on all my other stuff, and the relationship side of things will be better for it.
Ok, off to do a proper budget, then will be assignmenting all day... really need to make a dent in this assignment due friday :eek:LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Well, another little bit off my debts. Starting to realise there is no real point paying huge amounts off if I end up having to use the cards again to cover myself at the end of the week... so I guess slow and steady wins the race?LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Hiya!
I agree entirely- you don't see the totals going down fast but i find that when i do a big payment then the amount spent on the card again almost voids it:(:(Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

It's like that, isn't it? I get a lot more satisfaction paying off huge chunks, but if its just going to be re-spent when I run out of money its pointless. I will just have to think like the tortoise and the hare... slow and steady wins the raceLBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Morning All!
Well assignments are still being done, got an extension til friday as I was sick as a dog last week, so hopefully I can put something halfway decent together!
Was very spoilt Monday, visited the boy and we went out for lunch at Ripples right under the harbour bridge, and he paid for the entire thing. And apparently I can look forward to dinner and flowers for a belated Valentine's Day when he comes back from his trip overseas
Pay day, so off to make some repayments. How is everyone else going?LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)
