    Is this one entry for each 5 correct ?
    I never filled a form out until yesterday and was kicking myself thinking I'd missed 4 chances...by not seeing a form.....not I see no form again and it says 6 correct and 1 entry.

    I'm assuming (and asking) is there a chance to get 10 answers and another entry for that next 5 correct?
