Wage day Advance Ltd

How can we find out who the chief executive or director of this company? And the main office address. The address on their website is:

Wage Day Advance Ltd 14 Low Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3PN

Ok, my gf got a loan from wageday advance. She lost her job she had when she 1st took the loan but was due to pay them on the 27th October. They sent her an email stating that they would be taking the money from DD in 3 instalments on 27th October; the email also said that if you couldn’t make the repayments to contact them to make other arrangements. She contacted them and explained her circumstances and that she wouldn’t be able to make the repayments and asked if she could get a payment plan. The woman she spoke to said that she had to pay it and that the only way that she could make a payment plan is to default, my gf said that she will cancel her DD, the advisor said that she can’t advise her to do this.

So my gf went to the bank and cancelled her DD expecting her account to go into default. She has a £100 overdraft and what they did on the due date was take out the money from her account, from the card details she had to supply on the agreement. They took the money out bit by bit in £20’s, £50’s, £10’s leaving her with about 7 un-authorised banks charges of £35 a piece, causing £245 of bank charges so far.

She has recently started to work in a calling centre but her pay is just enough to pay her rent, bills & travel to work, they have basically taken her rent and bill money for this month and then when she gets paid again the bank are probably going to claim the unauthorised fees automatically leaving without any money to pay rent or anything. She’s been distressed, depressed and has contacted them crying saying that they took all her money & explaining she cancelled and they had the cheek to say you have £50 outstanding do you want to make payment now.

She then got an email saying that she owed £50 and that she had 7 days to pay and with the same part saying ‘that if you cant make payment in 7 days contact us to make other arrangements’ she called them, they said you have to pay in 7 days, my gf was becoming angry as she was reading the email to the girl on the phone and the girl kept on saying you have to make payment in 7days, my gf kept pointing out the ‘if you cant make payment contact us part’.

Then a day later she gets an email saying that she owes £15 which means they have gone into her account and taken another £35, unsure of in what instalments.

After talking to an advice line, she was advised to contact the manager, the manager said (if it was the manager?), why did you take the load if you cant pay it back, she said that she had lost her job & had tried to call to make arrangements but was told her account had to be in default before arrangement could be made. He then said she had the money to pay and that they could take the money like that because of the agreement she signed. He said I don’t like the way you’ve talked to my staff. She mentioned that she hadn’t been charged for cancelling the DD and he then implied that it would be added on.

Edit: after looking at one of emails he is actually the Collections Manager.

The advisor spoken to previously advised to cancel card so they cant take anymore money and to send by recorded delivery a letter of complaint and then onto an ombudsman.

Any more advice on rights or anything that can be done to reclaim the money and set up a payment plan?
