I'm looking to get a local club newsletter printed.
One Page, Front and back, in Full Colour. ~500 copies)
Can anyone recommend any printers in Derry or Belfast, which would do this, pretty cheap?

I thought someone closer to you might have replied by now.
You could try Peninsula Print & Design. They are located between N'Ards and Comber at the Rugby Club junction. Tel 02891814125. I have used them a few times for small runs of B&W printing and have always found them good and competitive. I can't tell you about price, but from their clients (jobs awaiting collection or in progress) they must be reasonable. In Yellow Pages and on web - https://www.peninsulaprint.co.uk.
