Not really sure where to put this, so if a moderator thinks it's in the wrong place, please feel free to move it!
I found out today that if you are a graduate of the University of Manchester, you can sign up to be a member of the Alumni Association. Useful because with membership comes a whole range of discounts and special offers, from days out (including Warwick Castle and Alton Towers), hotels, travel, restaurants, theatres and various financial packages (for example, 18% off some insurance deals) as well as continued use of the library.

I don't know if other unis run similar schemes. Perhaps other people could advise?
