  • You send back what they purport to classify a CCA - so the application or whatever they sent you mate :D:D

Yes, you can if you want, cease payments but bear in mind you may get defaulted (if not already) ;)

Thanks, But thats exactly what is confusing me, they didnt send any application. they confused me by sending a ''1990 classic a/c'' document in only one letter. and nothing in the other other. then confused me further by sending terms and condiitons (Twice) seperately.

!!!!!! are they doing.. which one is the CCA? or what the hell are they why dont they label these things!!

    THANKS!

They never sent you a CCA so you send back the copy of terms they sent you (obviously)! lol :D

  • Well that's the Bank charges gone down the drain, I was wondering if the Banks are on a roll here and whether the 12 Cases to be heard in January will also hit the poor consumer! Will the judges be influenced (you know what I mean!) by all these matters and rule in favour of the lenders, lets hope not!

LOL, the bank charges is not entirely down the drain, albeit legal action is. BUT and this is a huge BUT, if the banks don't agree to work with the OFT to sort the problem then further action *may* be taken.....

But at this stage it is a poor outcome and i'm shocked that the banks even won in the supreme court (having lost twice previous to that) and also that the OFT are not pursuing the other avenues we mentioned.

This will have no affect on the 12 test cases - totally separate and the fact that the CC claims are being dealt with for consumers and not the OFT changes things somewhat, i.e. we can keep going whereas the OFT are scared to - as was proven with their silly press release today

This looks like a small claim that they are doing - what on earth!? Am well confused - why issue a small claim against you? Obviously you need to defend it using the premise you requested the CCA to no avail....

You should go into photoshop and erase your name and address from the claim form and start a new thread and post the letters up for others to see/help.......:D

They are very odd. Do you think we should ask for 28 days and speak to someone in the New Year?

Can't edit it, don't have any software for that...

Can you get it online (i.e. scanner?) - if so then just scan them in and then save to desktop - right click the image and select 'edit' (this should open paint) - they just cut the personal details out, save photo and upload....

Failing that, if you're happy email me and i'll sort it for you - plenty of others do, don't worry - i'm not a stalker! hahah If you want me to load them for you, ive PM'd you my email addy.... :D

But yes, deffo speak to someone!

Ok, please confirm is it an "Application form" or is it a "Credit Agreement Regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974"?

*** It is a photocopy of my application from showing employers details etc although in the box where my signature is is states " This is a credit agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 . Sign it only if you want to be legally bound by its terms"****

    Doesn't matter unfortunately
