Just to keep you and updated I received a letter today following up my "illedgible CCA" querry

" I'm writing with reference to your leter dated xxxxx

I am investigating your complaint and can confirm that we have in place a
procedure whereby we try to investigate and resolve complaints within an 8 week period

I will respond to the issues raised as soon as possible"

Looks like they are looking for a descent one to send

Hiya - exactly, have a sabbatical

Post back again if and when they send a CCA or ignore them

they will immediately go into default if they state 8 weeks - maybe that is their timescales but not the lawful ones in order to comply. I assume you're already ceasing payments to this account? If not, nows the time to!

I suspect they have gone back to the OC requesting it, now if the OC has properly sold the debt on, they may not be bothered to go find it and so the DCA will manufacture one or write back confirming they won't pursue it.

The other option is the OC may have it and send it, so best to wait and see what comes back, if anything.

PM - what PM mate? If you asked me something, sorry! I get like 50 a day so its hard to remember who said what - I keep trying to get people to post on here but the newbies PM me like crazy lol.....

I never started paying the DCA, first thing I did when I got the letters about them "owning" the debts was send off the CCA request:cool:

Looks ok to me, hang on though i'll send to Fermi and see what he says!

I have sent them over to fermi who says he'll take a look later for you mate - obviously he'll come back to you directly I assume. Good luck - you have the main man looking at them for you :cool::cool:

I found it easier to use photobucket.

I ahve sent a letter to cap one saying their cca doesnt comply, I have requested they stop the calls and I have requested a response to my charges claim and all their responses are here-

Can you see what you make of the phone letter and the signature letter please? Hopefully they should open but any probs please let me know.
I havent received any response to my letter yet saying their cca wasn't compliant.
