    I was impressed by the whole occasion. Martin and sidekick did extremely well in getting a difficult point accross. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of interest from the OFT? Their attitude seemed to be that they should not get involved.
    Some sort of screen credits should have been provided for the participating individuals.

    i got caught out by this exact thing when i applied for a loan, thank you for fighting our corner. the very first loan I had (a few years ago) I was given a quotation first. I would also like to know why they have changed tothe newer stupid way of doing things surely they are only shooting themselves in the foot. saying that I'm stuck with a loan at 16% when I applied it was 9%
