tesco free delivery?

im not sure if ive put this in the right place but i got an email saying that tesco are doing free delivery next week. What i would like to know is that, can i book the delivery slot next week but choose a date for later in the month? or is it only for goods DELIVERED next week? thankyou

i got the same email no code needed free delivery on cd's books and dvd's
