Instore I bought a 32 piece cutlery set reduced from £60 to £19.00 - very pleased.

Sign said £10.00 off leather boots so went back to buy a pair. Which should have been £28.00 after all reductions only the lady in store said that it was only selected boots and so I had I had to pay 36.00 instead. I had my doubts so I asked to speak to a more senior person about it but she refused because she said she was right. Anyway have got home checked online and they have definitely got that extra £10.00 off. I am fuming and will be going back to give them a piece of my mind especially as I will now have to pay extra money for bus back to town grrr!!

Be warned make sure you double check the prices of your items as some reductions are obviously not coming up on the till.

I managed to reserve one of the lights at Bromley but it hadn't been marked down and the assistant was really doubtful about it being in the sale until she double checked £30 down to £7.20 :T Thank you OP
