Jamaican carott juice recipe??

Does anyone have a 'proper' recipe for Jamaican carott juice?
I remember it as a child but every time I try it, it's wrong!
I have googled it but all the recipes I find don't have the Guiness/Stout in
So from memory ingredients were: carotts, condense milk, nutmeg, guiness, brown sugar, vanilla?????
I can't remember the quantities of anything, or even if that's all that went in it.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks
LL

We dont do quantities in our house, sorry! However, I think you're missing the nurishment - the milkshake type drink that comes in the can with the ringpull. Vanilla or strawberry flavour work best. Also when you've juiced the carrots don't add the pulp - it tastes grim. I've never heard of adding sugar to it either. I will consult the mothership tomorrow but its basically
1 bag of juiced carrots
1 can of nurishment
1 bottle of guinness - apparently the stuff in cans tastes different!
Freshly grated nutmeg and a big of condensed milk. Mix it all up chill and serve!
Amazing with Sunday food

Yep Chika sounds about right to me. I don't always use the nurishment though, because the condensed milk makes it milky enough for me. My gran also puts a drop of Wray and Nephew too!
Getting there... A deal at a time. :T0 -
i hope that tastes better than it sounds!! lol.. strawberry milkshake, guiness and carrots....????0
