This company has a free sample request page for businesses.
If you keep an eye open in the rush hour, they often give out promotional wallets outside the stations - a few weeks ago it was for Becks.
Another place I've picked some up have been in exhibitions & recruitment fairs, such as at Earl's Court, Olympia & ExCel.
