quick update...after taking all your advice and sending the appropreiate letters to Robinson way, today I hd a reply from them saying that they were no longer handling this account and that any furthur correspondance or payments I make ? must now be sent to Marbles.
So it looks like its gone back to original creditor for now.
Is that good news and that they realise its unenforcable?...fingers crossed

Certainly looks like it.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
