    I realised not long after my last post that I've seen it already.

    I love how P&K often show something over budget, and then comment that if they really love it, they'll just go over budget, cos it's worth it, isn't it?

    That fireman was really persuaded/ manipulated by Kirsty into buying that LA flat. I'd be interested to see which one has dropped most in value since filming.

    The family with twins buy a house based on plans to immediately add a master bedroom and en-suite upstairs. Fast forward and all they've done is convert the garage to a master bedroom. Considering they rejected the town house because they wanted to be on the same floor as the twins, that seems a poor compromise. Who wants to sleep on a different floor to their toddlers?
