Hi Folks,
Looking for some advice here and hope someone can help.
I worked in a factory until 1999, nd during my time there was included in a group personal pension scheme(with Scottish Widows)
When I left it in 1999 I stopped contributions as for a while i was unemployed.
Since July last year I have been working for my local healthcare authority, and have joined the superann scheme.
Thing is I dont know wether to transfer whatever benefits from the SW scheme to the Superann, or to leave them as they are. I did receive a transfer pack, but cant really make a lot of sense from it.

No straight answer can be given. It would depend on whether you want to phase retirement benefits, what the occ scheme would give you for the transfer value, the potential returns of the investment funds you are in and a few other things.
Without that information, the answer cannot be given.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
