I like it. But like the others have said, I think it is for a particular taste. If you know what she likes, then she will love it.

    Good luck!

I suppose you've never asked for an opinion on a open forum then  Where exactly is the OP showing off, I must have missed the post where they said the price.

I'm glad you like your ring just as I hope the OP's fiance likes her ring not sure what difference it makes knowing each other for 6 years from the age of 13 makes but whatever floats your boat.

    xx

Chattie....sorry I didnt mean it to sound horrible. I just meant that if you know your partner well, then he/she should know what they like IYKWIM.

Honestly dont know why I put abuot our age in the post as its irrelevant but I had taken my medication before I had posted this and honestly cant remember putting this:o

On THAT thread, the OP didn't ask if other members thought it was "worth it".

Nobody can say whether something's 'worth it' without knowing the price.

Diamondgeezer, which sells loose diamonds on-line (they pitched on Dragon's Den) have a very similar size/colour/quality stone for over £3K.

I LOVE emerald cut diamonds. My personal taste is either baguettes on the shoulders or a solitaire and then an eternity wedding band.

Do you have any idea what she likes?

Also what is the price to know if it a good deal? Have you compared prices on bluenile.com?

Now I'm the opposite way sorry lol

I love the stone, but not keen on all the stones that sit on the shoulders.

hi the actual band its self is pretty damm fine when you see it in the flesh, and the diamonds are to match the main to

I think it's nice but when you ask is it worth it? How much are they charging? Or have I just missed the price

Please see my recent post I have a new diamond, the price is £3,550.

That's your opinion though, my opinion is that I don't like all the stones on the shoulders ;)

The most important thing is whether your GF will like it.

The girlfriend does like it -

The only thing that confuses me is why the OP posted (twice) asking members what they thought about the design and diamond spec if he and the girlfriend had decided this was the ring they wanted anyway.

I don't know but I find it strange that a couple would pick a ring together, THEN the woman wait for the proposal.

Why not propose then pick a ring?

It's not going to be a suprise is it if she knows it is coming, be a bit of an anti climax on the day IMO.
