may need a loan or credit card...

Several issues here ...
we are both self employed. i have £15k on credit card that borrowed to help my other half but he does not always listen / remember (?) when i tell him to manage his credit cards etc . he is too focused on trying to earn money. anyway now his accoutns are in a mess but his business is starting to take off (or at least looks rosier). However his credit rating will need sorting.
I own a house here and abroad ( i want to sell myhouse abroad) to plough back into the business - but i am also trying to develop my own business - and pay back some money on my credit card which are all coming out of 0% interest.
He owes about £10K. I have had to start paying things for him but now running out of money and for me (big burden). not sure of the best way forward but think maybe a loan? or another credit card (though need to check my credit scoring as been so stressed that i have not been able to keep on top of everything all of the time.
I am only now startign to put the foreign house on the market so not sure how long that will take to sell. any ideas appreciated. i have asked him to work out his business plan but i think it will be up to me to sort this out too.
await replies.
my main bank is abbey. his main bank is nationwide.
i am finding it hard to keep bailing him out and he does not always listen to me (men /women thing maybe..?) any ideas on this too. thanks

Sounds messy, the first thing you need to do is set aside some time (grab him by the ear), sit down and go through exactly how much debt you have and how much you bring in. This probably sounds oversimplified advise but you only get the true picture of your finances if you do this.
Beyond this get both credit reference agency files and take a look.
How long have you been in business, is it longer then 3 years? This is usually the magic figure for banks to lend to self employed people.
A loan may be the best way forward, and you need to factor in the house sale in the long term.
You need both a short term plan to get control of your finances and a long term plan to figure out the best way to manage your debt.0
