THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE LIMITED £5.99 Charge

Hi guys,
sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong forum.
However, I have been getting charged from carphone warehouse for as long as i can remember for £5.99 every month. I have cancelled the direct debit once before one my barclays account, however as i am now looking strongly at all my finances, i happen to notice that £5.99 was taken again, last month and this month.
I dont have any phones or contract with the carphone warehouse, and have not had since about 2003.
The only details on the direct debit are
THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE LIMITED!000109127149044
Please can someone advise me what do i do?
Who do i contact and where do i start, will i be able to claim it back etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ring Carphone Warehouse and ask them why it was originally set up and then why it was set up again.
You are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, if any error is made by a company then you are entitled to an refund from your bank. Errors include incorrect amount, direct debit set up without authority, etc. You should be able to do an indemnity claim.0 -
Probably mobile insurance. Ring them and ask.0

I just wanted to ask another question, regarding barclays, hope you can help.
I have a loan with barclays, however currently due to circumstances i have no job, since 1st nov. now i have been on debt management sites and they advise that i should make token payments of £1 until i can start paying again. However i'm not sure how this works, or whether it will work at all. Can you shed some light on this for me please! As in what do i need to do, i have broken down all my expenditure and expenses, however i'm not sure of the next step, do i need to write to them etc?
ANY help would be appreciated on this, and i thank you in advance.
